About NanWith over 15 years of independent
and corporate experience, I have an established reputation for being a
catalyst and coach in bringing about change and helping teams reach
outstanding results. As an individual and organizational development
professional, I have worked with diverse organizations on projects such as
strategic planning, strategic learning, transition management and
individual career coaching. My corporate work experience includes being a
Change Manager for an international consulting firm, establishing the
first corporate training function for a $5 billion bank holding company,
and working for the U.S. Treasury as an Organizational Effectiveness Lead
Facilitator, a District Training Manager, and a National Bank Examiner. I
am currently an adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota.
Additional qualifications and skills include:
An MA degree in Organizational Communications and a professional
certificate in Training & Development from the University of Minnesota,
a BA degree in Economics from the University of North Dakota, and am
qualified to administer and provide training on the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator.
A flexible, energetic, and humorous style that is attuned to the
dynamics of the situation, the emotional needs of the group, and the
ability to get groups "unstuck" and defuse conflict.
An ability to boil situations down to what is useful and practical,
and to generate options that are clear, understandable, and usable.

organization from top to bottom, as well as with individuals who want
help with career choices or transitions to new jobs.
